Ultrasonic transducers are used in many branches of industry for non-destructive testing (NDT) of materials. Among other applications, they are used for the precise location of objects and the safe and reliable detection and assessment of defects. The quality of an ultrasonic probe is largely in its invisible properties, such as nominal frequency, bandwidth and oscillator diameter. The stability of these parameters over a long period is a sign of the reliability of the ultrasonic transducer. In order to receive identical echo signals from the same reflector using several probes of the same type, the technical dimensions must be realised within very fine tolerances. The defined values are therefore determined using special measuring processes and systems. The acoustic parameters are supplemented by application-specific properties, such as temperature, pressure and resistance to environment. Furthermore, our probes also stand out due to their modern design and excellent ergonomics. With more than 20 years experience in the development and manufacture of ultrasonic transducers, we can guarantee a high degree of reproducibility. In order to guarantee lasting high-quality, each manufactured transducer undergoes a strict quality control process in order to test whether the measurement values attained by the probe lie within our predefined tolerance limits. Only those products that satisfy our strict quality standards are approved for sale. Depending on intended application, we develop and manufacture customer-specific solutions using the following products: - Phased-array probes - Multi-element transducers - Piezo-composite transducers - Focus transducers - Ultrasonic transducers for the measurement of flow rates and fill levels - Probes for non-destructive testing (NDT)
